We make every effort to display the colors, cuts, and details of our moissanite jewellery as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen.

3. Orders & Payment Acceptance

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order, not an official acceptance.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Taxes

Deliveries to the UK are shipped Duty-Paid. The total price at checkout is final, with no hidden customs fees upon delivery.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Consumer Rights

UK consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, as governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Due to health and hygiene protection regulations, earrings and pierced items cannot be returned if the hygienic seal is broken or if worn.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Ollys Design Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
