REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Ollys Jewellery, we are dedicated to offering exceptional 925 Sterling Silver and Deluxe Moissanite pieces. We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your item, our policy is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward.

This Refund & Returns Policy governs all purchases made on ollysdesignjewellery.com.

1. 14-Day Right of Cancellation (Cooling-Off Period)

In compliance with UK Consumer Rights regulations, you have the right to cancel your order or return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your package without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original, resalable condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging (including velvet pouch, gift box, and any enclosed GRA certificates).
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number) is required.

2. Hygiene Exemptions (Earrings & Pierced Jewellery)

For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or refunded if the hygienic protective seal has been broken or if the item has been worn, unless the product arrived damaged or defective from manufacturing.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@ollysdesignjewellery.com with:

Your full name and order number.
The reason for return (including clear photos or videos if defective or damaged).

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Warranty

Customer Choice / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to change of mind or exchange preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.
90-Day Warranty & Manufacturing Defects: We provide a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt covering manufacturing defects. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Ollys Jewellery will cover all return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement immediately.

5. Inspection & Refund Methods

Upon receiving your returned package, our quality control team will inspect the items within 5 business days.

Store Credit / Exchange Voucher: You may opt to receive a store gift card for the full purchase amount.
Original Payment Method Refund: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.
